Tower of Honor
Where the HAWK identity lives. Our values, our framework, our story, and the founder behind the mission.
About HAWK Entrepreneurs
HAWK Entrepreneurs is an education and implementation platform for founders who want to build real companies — not chase hype, not fake it, not burn out trying to follow someone else's playbook.
We teach entrepreneurship through four core values: Honor, Adaptability, Wisdom, and Kinship. These are not motivational slogans. They are operational principles — tested across 30+ years of real business, real boardrooms, and real failures.
The platform is built for aspiring entrepreneurs, early-stage founders, and profitable business owners who want to scale without selling out. Every resource, course, and community space here exists to give you clarity, conviction, and a concrete next step.
Building the next generation of principled founders
Why This Matters
Tactics Expire. Frameworks Endure.
Most entrepreneurship programs give you tactics — growth hacks, ad templates, funnel scripts. Tactics expire every time the algorithm changes. A framework gives you a decision-making system that works across industries, stages, and economic cycles. The H.A.W.K. framework was built from 105 years of family business and 30+ years of corporate leadership — not from a trending playbook.
The Framework
The H.A.W.K. Framework
Four values. One framework. A complete operating system for entrepreneurs who refuse to build on borrowed beliefs.
Honor
Honor over hustle.
Your word is your bond. Your integrity is your brand. In a world of shortcuts, honor is the ultimate competitive advantage.
Adaptability
Adaptability over perfection.
The market is your dojo, not your enemy. The entrepreneurs who thrive are the ones who pivot with purpose, not panic.
Wisdom
Wisdom over recklessness.
100 true fans will always outperform 100,000 passive followers. Trust your data and your gut — wisdom is knowing which one to listen to.
Kinship
Kinship over isolation.
You are not building a customer list. You are building a movement. The pack is mightier than the wolf.
"Real businesses are built with honor, wisdom, adaptability, and people you can trust."

The Founder
About Michael Dinkins

Michael Dinkins is the founder of HAWK Entrepreneurs and the creator of the H.A.W.K. framework. His career spans more than 30 years across corporate finance, entrepreneurship, community leadership, and education. He holds both CPA and CMA certifications.
He spent 17 years at General Electric, serving in senior financial leadership roles including three CFO positions. He graduated with honors from GE's Financial Management Program and later taught the program for five years. He has held board positions including the Charleston Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, and has been directly involved in more than 50 mergers and acquisitions. He served in CFO leadership roles within a Goldman Sachs-affiliated company.
His family's entrepreneurial legacy spans over 100 years — from his great-grandmother's general store to Taylor Electric Company, now celebrating 105 years of continuous operation. That multi-generational perspective shapes everything HAWK teaches: build with honor, adapt with purpose, lead with wisdom, and grow through kinship.
Michael created HAWK Entrepreneurs because he saw too many founders chasing shortcuts, burning out, and building on borrowed beliefs. The platform exists to offer a different path — one grounded in real experience, real values, and real results.

Beyond the Founder
The Leadership Continuum
The HAWK story did not start with one person, and it does not end with one either. The values behind this platform — honor, adaptability, wisdom, and kinship — are carried forward by a generation of leaders who are already building, already leading, and already proving that the framework works beyond the founder.
